A fast-growing manufacturer of telecommunications is seeking a Technical Support personnel. The ideal candidate is interested in tech and has a positive attitude and is a self-starter. This position is full-time, includes a full benefit package (after 90 days), and is available immediately for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • High school diploma or AA/AS degree
  • Must have 2+ years’ experience working in customer service
  • Proficient with emails (Outlook or Gmail), Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets
  • Must be comfortable on the phone for an extended period
  • Able to work in groups and be a team player
  • Able to work independently when certain tasks are given
  • Standard business hours, weekday schedule

Professional Qualifications:

  • General knowledge in technology
  • Minor knowledge in RF is desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be clear and concise
  • Professional, flexible, dependable and responsible
  • Highly motivated individual who is resourceful and a quick learner
  • Great organizational skills and proactive attitude

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage plus benefits.
  • Medical/Dental/Vision/401K/End of year profit sharing bonus.
