Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive and processing returning products
- Ensure RMA items are documented accurately across all platforms
- Inventory control and cycle counts
- Quarantine and document failed units
- Provide metrics on common reasons for failure and return rates
- Test, repair and / or update firmware on units, as needed
- Follow SOP and guidelines
Professional Qualifications:
- High school or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of two-years working related experience, preferably working with electronics or mechanical devices
- Able to read board schematics and solder on a PCB level
- Debug, flash, and / or update firmware, as needed
- Able to replicate failures or simulate environmental conditions that causes failures to find root causes
- Be a team player, resourceful, organized, analytical
- Create and produce reports via Google sheets or Microsoft 365
- Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures with good multi-tasking capabilities
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be flexible and capable of adapting to a changing work environment
