Acceptance of Terms
By using SureCall's Cloud Services ("the Services"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Services. -
Free Trial Period
SureCall offers a free trial period of one year for the Cloud Services. During this period, you can use the Services at no cost. After the first year, a subscription fee of $150.00 per year will apply. -
Payment
Payment for the Cloud Services subscription is due annually, starting from the end of the free trial period. Failure to pay the subscription fee may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Services. -
Modifications to Terms and Pricing
SureCall reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the SureCall website or notification to users. SureCall also reserves the right to modify the pricing of the Cloud Services. Users will be notified in advance of any changes to pricing. -
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and ensuring that it is used only by authorized individuals. Users must promptly notify SureCall of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach. -
Termination of Services
SureCall reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Cloud Services at its sole discretion, with or without cause. In the event of termination, users will be notified and given an opportunity to retrieve their data before termination takes effect. -
Data Security
SureCall takes measures to ensure the security of user data. However, users are responsible for regularly backing up their data and ensuring the security of their account credentials. -
Limitation of Liability
SureCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of the Cloud Services. -
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
