Update to my 2 star review, 4+ stars
Upgrading this review to a solid 4+ stars. Just a smidge under 5 stars because of the customer support stumbles. I did hear back from support after the delays, and received a replacement antenna directly after the emails. So thumbs up for support getting back to me! I also dissected the failed antenna and was impressed with the internal build quality. I discovered how the antenna failed, and it was NOT due to quality, but my unique application. Can’t design for every odd application. I will update to 5 stars if we are good after a year.

Large antenna that does the job
Connected this to my fusion2go for the backroads. Works great. Very study.

Good hardware, poor SureCall Support
The antenna appears to be well made and very sturdy. However my coaxial cable broke at the interface/connection to the actualy antenna. No way to fix it. It was in use about 60 days before this part failed. I would like to get it replace, but I have emailed SureCall support 3 times over 30 days and have never heard back from them. I am going to replace it with an anteann from a 3rd party. The SureCall booster is good, but cannot recomend them for antenna due to lack of support.
